Shipping and Delivery

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 business hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST. Order delivery is expected within 5 business days.

Carriers

We primarily use USPS to deliver our customer orders, not including Enrollment Kits and Advocate “Swag” items. These deliveries may come via other carriers, including:
FedEx, UPS and MediaMail

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat-rate of $9.99 for shipping and handling on all orders.

Back Orders

Although back orders are very rare, occasionally it does happen. If for any reason a product ordered is not available, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock at that time, and will ship out the back-ordered item when that item becomes available! 

Returns

All products can be returned for any reason within 30-days for a full refund, except Swag.

Products do NOT qualify for a refund after 30-days of purchase.

Swag can be returned within 48 hours of delivery.

All returns must be authorized by CBD123 in writing prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange. You can request the return of your item by contacting Customer Service Help Desk at mjcruz.gc@gmail.com.

At that time, our Support team will determine if the order is eligible for a return.
