What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a Phyto-cannabinoid discovered in 1940. It is one of 113 identified cannabinoids

in the cannabis plant, along with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), more importantly

the beneficial part of the plant (CBD) accounts for up to 40% of the plant's extract.

What is the Difference Between Marijuana and Hemp / What is the Difference Between THC and CBD?

To begin, Cannabis is the plant we are referring to throughout our site. There are two varieties of Cannabis, first is Hemp and second is Marijuana, each plant has its respective traits. Marijuana being the more publicized drug used in medicinal and for recreational purposes having a higher THC vs. CBD content. Hemp being the complete opposite, offering a new unconventional approach to such things as pain. sleeping problems, anxiety and much more. With a high CBD content and a less than 0.3% THC content you do not feel a psychoactive effect that you would if you were to ingest marijuana, which we are not suggesting is bad we just believe its not the answer for everyone. Our focus is helping the inside of our bodies heal

What is UDSA Certified Organic CBD?

Organic certification requires that farmers and handlers document their processes and get inspected every year. Organic on-site inspections account for every component of the operation, including, but not limited to, seed sources, soil conditions, crop health, weed and pest management, water systems, inputs, contamination and commingling risks and prevention, and record-keeping.

Tracing organic products from start to finish is part of the USDA organic promise.

Are These Products Safe to Take and Offer to my Family Members?

We have received many testimonials from our clients over the last few years our company has been in business. Their experiences have helped many people appreciate an alterative

approach to healing with CBD products. We have products for children, pets and elders.

All of our products, including Broad Spectrum and Boost, could contain very trace amounts of THC that are below detectable levels by our third party lab tests. Products are tested by using liquid chromatography, detecting THC levels over 100 PPM. If you are subject to drug testing then you may want to consult with the testing facility and your employer before using these products. We cannot guarantee the outcome of customer drug tests.

How Long Does My Order Take To Be Delivered?

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 business hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST.

Order delivery is expected within 5 business days.

Carriers

We primarily use USPS to deliver our customer orders, not including Enrollment Kits and Advocate “Swag” items. These deliveries may come via other carriers, including:
FedEx, UPS and MediaMail

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat-rate of $9.99 for shipping and handling on all orders.

Back Orders

Although back orders are very rare, occasionally it does happen. If for any reason a product ordered is not available, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock at that time, and will ship out the back-ordered item when that item becomes available!

How do You Guarantee the Quality of Your Products?

We are USDA Certified and offer Certificates of Analysis on every product offered.
RETURN POLICY

All products can be returned for any reason within 30-days for a full refund, except Swag.

  • Products do NOT qualify for a refund after 30-days of purchase.

  • Swag can not be returned after 48 hours of delivery.

All returns must be authorized by CBD123 in writing prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange.

You can request the return of your item by contacting Customer Service Help Desk at mjcruz.gc@gmail.com.

At that time, our Support team will determine if the order is eligible for return.
